COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Leeson/boston Gear C6T17NC28 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Flowserve products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aeg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Thaishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Flowserve such as the B200D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AM80NY4 manufactured by Aeg and we are pleased to be able to service most Aeg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature b20150619003 by Manufacturer Thaishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leroy-Somer Brand B21LQ2FQ04 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as BD625A132H05N equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available APMSC06ADK2SC made by Ls-Mecapion as well as the popular BTN56RT17F34C original spares produced by Boston Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the bTS20132019 by Tai-Shi and BD625A132H05N spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BG83S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dunkermotoren. |
